Our iconic Italian Beef and House Crafted Italian Sausage is tried and true to its Chicago roots, having been sold to famed Chicagoland restaurants and enjoyed by Chicagoans for years. Each 2.5 lb pack serves 8-10 and comes with 2lbs of gravy & 1.5lbs of Mild Italian Sausage. Au Jus (gravy) packaged separately from beef. Beef comes fully cooked. Just gently warm Au Jus, add beef, and let the sandwich making begin!

THE BEST Italian Beef on the Planet!

Look no more. This is the best Italian beef and sausage in Chicago and anywhere else. The Italian sausage is flavorful, tender, and juicy. It is not salty and melds perfectly with the beef. Oh, my! the beef is seasoned perfectly. The Au Jus is
perfect. (I dip my sandwich.)

We are simply overwhelmed. The brick and mortar Beef Places just don't compare. This meat is truly prime cut and prime preparation. It so nice to prepare one of our favorite sandwiches at home. Thanks for taking all the work of this product.

PS: My husband has dubbed Scott- The BOUTIQUE BUTCHER --- we feel so special when we eat this product. We feel the same way when we eat the pork sausage and the Mother Chucker Prime Burger -- Food fit for a KING! (or QUEEN)

Best Italian Beef we have ever had!

The seasoning of the Au Jus has just enough heat. Make sure you simmer the juice and simply dunk in the beef so it doesn't get overcooked. Makes a great gift for a taste of Chicago anywhere!
