Shipping policy
All orders for our famous Steak & Chops are Hand cut -the day your order goes out!
The day your order ships, our talented butchers select each steak and chop and cut it to order. It than hand trimmed, vacuum-sealed and ready to head out the door. Your provisions are designed to arrive COLD & not necessarily frozen.
Our Eco-Friendly packing process keeps your provisions at optimal temperatures throughout its journey, delivering a just cut freshness when it shows up at your door. We ship Nationwide Monday thru Wednesday and Monday-Thursday for all Chicagoland orders. All Nationwide orders are shipped via UPS 2 day service. Chicagoland orders are via UPS 1 day.
If you need your order sooner or have a special request, please contact info@dontbeacheapsteak.com. OUtside of our local delivery area, we do not ship on Thursday of Friday; so orders received on those days will ship on the following Monday. All orders are shipped from our Chicago location and processed the following business day 11:59 PM CST the day prior.
